Australia tour of India, 2023: India vs Australia, 2nd ODI, Preview

India is leading the series by 1-0 and started their campaign with a nail-biting match. Hardik Pandya led the team in the absence of regular captain Rohit Sharma in the first ODI and Rohit Sharma is all set to lead the Men in Blue in the second ODI. India got a great start as Siraj sent Travis Head to the pavilion. Mitchell Marsh opened the batting attack in the absence of Warner and played a wonderful inning of 81 runs in 65 balls.

When Australia was looking great, Jadeja dismissed Mitchell Marsh. Australian middle-order batter struggled to score runs after a great start and got out for 188 runs.

India also lost the wickets very early and was in trouble. KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja made a partnership and chased the score. India won the match after a long time.

Alex Carey missed the first ODI due to illness and is all set to return to the squad. David Warner was sidelined from the squad.
